Today, I’m sharing one of our favorite recipes for salad dressing–Homemade Greek Dressing. It’s easy and delicious!
Once I started making homemade salad dressing, no one in my family wanted anything to do with the store-bought varieties. There is just something about fresh salad dressing–it makes my family love their salads! If you haven’t tried making your own, I encourage you to give it a try. You won’t find any GMO laden soybean oil or preservatives here, just fresh, healthy ingredients.
Homemade Greek Dressing is a staple in my home. My youngest daughter refers to it as her “favorite dressing.” It’s one of mine too!
This dressing is perfect for topping a tossed salad, quinoa salad, or pasta salad and whips up in just 5 minutes.
I love using homemade herbal vinegar in this recipe. Not only can it add a depth of flavor to the dressing but it add lots of easily absorbable vitamins and minerals.
